Check my
working.
This site carries my name and a federal scholarship. Every figure on it comes from a document I hold or an official page, and anything I cannot show you is marked unconfirmed rather than estimated into existence.
How figures are handled
Four labels, one rule.
Verified
A primary document backs it — a statement, an award letter, or an official page. Hover the chip anywhere on the site to see which one.
My record
My own account, with no document to show. Real, but you are trusting me rather than a receipt.
Estimate
Derived from a stated rate or a documented total. The method is always printed next to the number.
To confirm
I do not know it yet. It renders as a visible gap rather than a plausible-looking guess.
The build enforces this. Every figure passes a schema that requires a source and a verified-on date before the site will compile. A number without a source cannot be published, because the site will not build.

Primary documents
These are not published — they hold my student ID and account details — but they exist, and I will show the relevant lines to anyone verifying this work.
| Document | What it establishes | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Student account statement, Spring/Summer 2026 | Tuition, university fees, Pell and Senior Sprint disbursements, and my three payment-plan installments. | The tuition share, the term table, and four dated entries on the payment timeline. |
| U.S. Department of State award letter, April 30, 2026 | The Gilman award amount and the conditions attached to it. | The $2,500 figure everywhere it appears, and the award date. |
| Gilman Terms and Conditions, the version I signed | Every post-award obligation. | The whole "after you win" section of the Gilman chapter. |
| Financial aid award detail, Spring/Summer 2026 | The awards applied to the term this trip sits in. | The Global Experiences amount. |
| Wayne State study abroad program listing | The program fee, the application fee and what the fee includes. | The two program cost lines and the inclusions list. |
| Program acceptance letter, January 15, 2026 | My acceptance and the term. | The first entry on the payment timeline. |
| My post-trip reflection for GSC 4991 | My own written account of every city, site and company visit. | Almost all of the trip chapter. |
| My photographs, with their capture dates | Dated, located evidence of where the group was and when. | Every photograph of the trip, and the June 22 date for the Yamaha visit. |
| One licensed photograph, credited | A wide view of the senbon torii corridor at Fushimi Inari. | The full-width section background on the home and Gilman pages. Mine of the same place are close-range, so this one carries the corridor. Credited on the image and listed below. |

What I have not confirmed
This list is generated from the site's own data, so it cannot drift out of step with what the pages show. 7 items outstanding.

Airport transfers
My numbers — costs — Narita Express to Shinjuku on arrival; return leg covered by the JR Pass. Confirm fare.

The six days after the programme ended
My numbers — costs — lodging, food and transit for June 28 to July 3. The group flew home on the 27th; I stayed on to see the country by myself and flew back on the 3rd. None of this was covered by the programme fee or by any award, so it belongs in the out-of-pocket column once the amounts are confirmed.

My Follow-on Service Project report
Gilman — Due within six months of returning to the U.S. Confirm the exact date shown in the portal.
The statement gap of $1,000 between charges and credits on my Spring/Summer 2026 account is most likely the Global Experiences award posting through a different route. It is flagged on the numbers page rather than assumed.

Found something wrong?
Tell me and I will fix it. If a rule has changed, an office has moved, or a figure is out of date, that is worth more to me than a compliment.
